Our rooms are all strictly non-smoking, some are suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Suite double room and privative balcony: It has a triple room (standard double bed + 1 single bed 70x170) and a twin room with 2 twin beds 90x200.

Thanks for checking them when you are booking your room and to take note of our conditions general of sale. Due to our capacity, the unguaranteed reservations can affect our establishment significantly. We are therefore constrained to follow a strict policy of sale.
Again, due to our capacity, cancellations can affect our Establishment significantly. This is why we need to follow a strict policy of sale and we would therefore suggest considering taking travel insurance.
From June to September: The hotel requires the confirmation of a bank card, and from this debits a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night for each room booked.
From October to April: The hotel requires the confirmation of a bank card, but does not debit any deposit.
Cancellation conditions:
From June to September: To cover the loss suffered, deposits are not reimbursed. In the event of late cancellation:
From 30 to 15 days to the date of arrival, the hotel requires payment of 50% remainder of the stay.
From 14 days to the date of arrival or in the event of no show, the hotel requires payment of the entire stay booked.
From October to May: In the event of a cancellation more than 48 hours beforehand, the hotel will not debit any penalty from the bank card provided at the time of booking. In the event of late cancellation, to cover its loss the hotel will debit the cost of the entire stay from the bank card provided.
